Never ever use mid city if you know what’s good for you

I have never came across a selfish and insensitive agent like this. My brother stayed in their properties in Sunnyside, unfortunately he had serious health problem, therefore he had to dropout of school. My family and I gave mid city a 30 days notice, then we were requested to send proof that he is leaving due to that reason, we did that, after that they said we need to contact the directors of the company which they gave us email address, we sent servers emails to them and never got a reply. 30 days later my brother moved out. Now it’s 3 months later they have handed us to debt collectors. What type of a company are you? I will never recommend this place to anyone. Never mind that we always paid rent on time and had a serious case for cancelling the contract.
