This has got to be the dodgiest property management company i have come accross in my 20 years of owning multiple properties First they threaten a tenant with cutting off his power and legal fees if he does not pay them to install a pre-paid meter...i aksed for the body corp mandate--they refuse to give this, i ask for the terms of the contract, they refuse this as well. I settle the account in July, only to find out they have been adding in several hundred per month to the pre-paid for the arrear levies.To date they have not given me a statement showing that money re conciled I get a levy bill in August, and whilst still waiting for a resolution, i am served asummons on the 02 September for August's R2200 levy...and guess what, the lawyers fees is almost as much as the levy outstanding.they refuse to give me a recon on monies deducted...which appears ******. i ask for the trustees details ...and they cite popi, so they cant give this out!
