Midcity ridiculious charges are more then the loan sharks

I would like to address my dissatisfaction with the handling of my account with Midcity Utilities. In March, I made a payment of R370 into the account they previously had, and changed recently. Due to the payment made into their account they no longer using, which however still belongs to them. In order for them to transfer the money from one account to the current account they are charging me R250 which is way more then any normal banking rates. Which is **************** and totally unacceptable given the fact I am a loyal customer of theirs for the past 10 years. I seriously hope this matter is addressed with the utmost urgency.
