Midcity Property Never pay Tenants they Deposit back

Refusing to pay my deposite back and also lying to the clients, how can washing walls not a repaint washing cost +R 700 ? For a small unit like Nebo living in Pretoria. Also need to see the invoice from the service provider which was cleaning the wall this people are very wicked.
