Midcity Property Management Incompetence

I refer to the disconnection of all the power by Tshwane Metro at the Manfreya Mansions Complex on 21 May 2024 in Wonderboom-South, Pretoria and the total failure from the Property Manager to get a solution just after the insident. Obviously the council will not just cut the power overnight and this problem wasn't addressed and just sweeped under the carpet for a very long time. This is a Major Non-Conformance by Midcity and the Property Manager and I don't believe that the required attention was given by Midcity and the Property Manager before the disconnection of the power. The Power is cut due to 'n very high outstanding water account.

The Midcity Property Manager Failed to share this issue with the trustees and owners.

My tenant who paid her rent on time for the last 9 years is on Oxygen Pump which cannot work because of the lack of electricity. She said that she is going to move asap. This is a big financial loss to myself, because now I will not be able to pay my bond at the end of May 2024.
