Midcity pathetic Service
Gave notice 2 months ago and still waiting for my deposit refund! Was quick to cut electricity when deposit was outstanding but slow to pay back! Ridiculous.

MidCity Utilities take note of your frustration on your request for a refund on your account. The refund was prepared and sent to their finance department for bank processing that will happen tomorrow.
Please note that client account refunds, after a final account has been issued, can take up to 21 working days.
