MidCity overcharging on my account

Good day<br> <br> I rented a property with MidCity for 646 Jan Street Erasmia Pretoria. They have sent a letter of demand for an amount of R21 139.96 and it is currently affecting my credit record which is not acceptable<br> <br> Outstanding one month of R7700 which I think the deposit that they held back would cover it and they cut our electricity for that full month , so we had to go live by family until we could find another place. Cutting electricity is *******.<br> <br> They say I owe R21 139.96 and they handed it over to Attorneys and their breakdown is as follows:<br> <br> Painter Labour: R 3000(total *******)<br> Maintenance for one broken drawer : R1500(total *******)<br> Replacing two small globes: R400(total *******)<br> Cleaning the house: R1200 we cleaned before we vacated the premises<br> Cleaning the yard: R2000(total *******)<br> FH Chamberlain Trading for paint and equipment R973.84<br> LR Security and Welding garage motor with two remotes: R6700 (******* an gate being broken since before we moved in they did maintenance twice on gate but still not fully operational.<br> <br> This is unacceptable, MidCity is ripping people off. Please rectify this account and update my credit records.<br> <br> REgards
