Midcity Malpractice Unfair Practice

Midcity *****ulently procured and mismanaged occupants that are foreign nationals. Midcity has been passing the buck since Inception of having procured negligently and *****ulently. They have been experimenting their malpractices and unfair practices on me since Inception despite the meetings which they attempt to incriminate me instead hence have mentioned to them that's unfair practices.

To my surprise despite having brought this to Midcity attention they have threatened to terminate me and they have since terminated agreement regardless knowing full well their intentional ploy to deceive with their subsequent consequences.

The outstanding rentals and utilities is accumulating whilst the foreign national Mr Wellington Chirmuuta has told the tribunal Mr Barry De lange at his offices yesterday he since does not know whom to pay after Midcity having provided him with letter to make contact with me for payment where all is foreign national status needs to be verified timeously since Mr Wellington procured by Midcity chooses to remain in contract with Midcity as is evident per the conspiracy. Hence not able to verify any of his passport or work permits no able to pay my bills on the said property. Cannot have other suppliers, hospitals being de*****ed using my address especially home office rules and regulations of foreign nationals also stated on TPN. As Midcity did not remove occupants that they procured with the termination off services and within which they failing to comply to date hence have consulted home office and notified relevant authorities since Midcity has provided all my details regardless of popia.

This is evident how Midcity passes the buck after having *****ulently procured and mismanaged and since terminated the contract of the occupant they procured.

Being kicked from pillar to post to the courts, tribunal and also paying the Sheriff whilst the tribunal and court has to told the occupant to pay me however he conspires with MidCitys ploy not to pay which is as Annette Branders confirmed as per the recorded meeting with PPRA ***4 the sound was fine after she confessed she removed Mr Wellington default judgement in one call where Barry was on a call with Annette privately which shows on the meeting not to say much within which they have done the very same with me at the meetings at their offices hence they done the same with their attorney in today's meeting again.

The said foreign national was already not able to qualify yet Annette removed that block and utilised his company bank statements instead as a natural person on a residential leasehold contract with no consent from other directors also 50k not consecutive also not consistent throughout the 3 months on the leasehold contract neither.

This is what I don't understand the non compliant foreign national is procured *****ulently mismanaged by Midcity,

When having enquired by Midcity conveniently terminated the said management services passed the buck on the me. The tribunal tells me upon collection the occupant does not know whom to pay and I receive an email to collect an enforce the no 32 warrant of execution only to find it in Midcitys name this is evident of misrepresentation by Midcity not to take any responsibility for having *****ulently procured mismanaged and since passed the buck on me with wasted costs, wasting time of courts, authorities caused me psychological distress loss of income unable to pay utilities, repayments of loans, Sars and my bills to date all due to Midcity inexperience in the field for 4 decades already as they claim have since realised Midcity have been misrepresenting tenants and landlords beware when undertaking any contacts with Midcity likes of Barry Quinton Sweetlove, Annette Branders, Linda, Dupreez, Ratha Van De Schyff, isabell Llundal.
