MidCity is highly not recommended

Midcity manages our estate and an incident occurred where my property which is my Carport was badly damaged by them when they were doing their maintenance. No one informed me officially about the incident, now they are ignoring my emails when i enquire about the Carport being fixed. They damaged my property and are not even giving any feedback on when will my Carport be fixed as i have tenants that are moving in 01 April 2024. Midcity is a terrible Property Management Company. I do not recommend it.
