Midcity inner workings

I Have been with Midcity for more than 2 years now. They are very clever with giving you the runaround,and protecting their property owners. It is YOU however,the tenant,that pays them their fee. However,when your contract is breached,they defer the problem as being the owner. Whenever there is any problem,it is always deferred to someone else. Their standard tactic is to get you to leave,so that your deposit can be used for repairs. DO NOT consider leasing with them as the agent. Their only interest is the money you put into their account each month. They have no humanity. I Have been leasing for more than 2 years,NO repairs done,every time a different story,different promise. I Was even promised by Isabel Lundell that they WILL repair my flat,only to hear,again,that its not her department anymore. Not the first time,every time I get a different profile manager. They trust in your lack of experience with law,and blatantly ignore contractual obligations, As long as it serves the owner,who has the propertythat brings them clients,i.e more money. They are middle men,and not worth your money unless you the property owner. If you do not heed my warning,rest assured,your deposit WILL be used to do repairs the owner should have done. Bottom line...they dont keep their word,sure u want to do bussiness with them?
