I have app**** to rent a property from them which was approved and I had to pay a deposit which I did. Upon seeing the condition of the place in person versus what they posted online I was very disappointed and disgusted by the smell in that place. Everything was below standard, brown water coming out of taps, leaking toilets, garden in a horrible state, they refused to fix everything so I had to cancel my lease and request for a refund, which I did about a week ago till this day I haven't received my refund and they keep giving me excuses everyday, on top of that there is a few they took from my initial deposit. There are people who have a similar or worse experiences with mid city properties.
