Mid City Property Services
Good day,
On 21 May 2024 the power to Manfreya Mansions (Wonderboom South, Pretoria) was cut by City of Tshwane due to an arrears of R2, 2 million on the water levy. After numerous emails and phone calls nothing has been done to sort this issue out. Mid City is passing the bucket and not coming to the party. Most of the residents are paid up to date on the levy's. This is unacceptable and rediculous. It's been a week now, and No meeting has been called to discuss any matters going forward with the owners. We are extremely frustrated. I am an owner of a flat in this complex.

03 Jun 2024, 10:03Dear Carika, I hope this message finds you well. We would like to provide you with an important update regarding the recent disconnection of electricity at Manfreya Mansions and the ongoing issues with the municipal account. Our body corporate attorney has successfully reached an understanding with the municipality to investigate and correct the outstanding municipal account. In addition, the municipality has replaced the non-functional water meter and is conducting further inspections to ensure the account is accurate. We understand the inconvenience this situation has caused and kindly ask for your continued patience and cooperation as we work towards resolving these issues. Thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards,
