Mid City Properties not attending to leaking roof

Mid City is the worse managing agent for your complex, as a BC didn't have a AGM for 7 years after many requests and fighting we finally did. Every thing is a fight with them. My ceiling is leaking for a night now, since Friday , they now tell me I have to wait until Monday for a person to come check out my ceiling. Two whole nights and days of damage. Who will pay for the issues? Who will deal with damage tp the wiring? Their call agent even dropped the call on me before I could state my cash. Yoh, white people from MID CITY are rude.
