Malpractices and unfair practices by Midcity

Please see attached received from occupants (1,3 and 4 ) which was dumped at their doors of said units as was advised by Midcity this will be discussed in today's meeting however as Midcity was travelling hence postponed to the 23rd April 2024 as discussed.

The occupant they *****ulently procured is in arrears with April 2024 rent of 26k approximately as Midcity has made payment arrangements with him in their Midcity accounts also not received to date.

Please advise when will the official handover of occupants deposits, rates, keys to units, pre and mid-inspections be received together with contracts not received to date nor was as compensation of their mismanagement received as per their *****ulent vetting since led to loss of income to date.

Due to Midcity threat of having seeked PPRA expertise of their *****ulent activities with applications have since terminated management services as this how they deceive owners and occupants hence their excuse for travelling and unable to deal with matters today was another ploy.
