Levy fee enquire
I Stay at Helene flat Sunnyside and I've been enquiring about rent fee that appears on the levy statement. The lady that was supposed to assist me is never in the office. I made an appointment with her and she said she will check on the system after sending her the Deed of transfer which was done in 2021. No one has answers and I'm really not happy with the services.
