Levies
I paid levies to Midcity Debt collectors Pretorius LE Roux ING. /Inc the money is not allocated to Midcity account. I am a trustee, this issue is compromising my position. Trustees want me to step down because of this issue. I am requesting a meeting with the CEO, I'm drained.

15 Sept 2021, 19:26Mid City portfolio manager is mismanaging our flat, we stayed for almost 2 years without lights because she was holding funds. I was told to step down as a trustee apparently I am refusing to pay levies of which I'm paying every month. We have lost a lot of money under her leadership.

On various occasions you were provided with a full breakdown of the payment allocations. Pretorius Le Roux Attorneys confirmed that you made an appointment with their offices to discuss the same. Our communication lines remain open and we want to assist you as far as possible, but we must act within the prescripts of the Sectional Title Schemes Management act as well as our mandate with the Community Schemes that we manage.
