LATE NOTICE

I have a contract with midcity for flat 401 Parkhill.in the contract i included a lady who decided to move out end of april 2015.now i started looking for her replacement .apparently i did it the wrong way by advertising a room tolet on the internet.so now the owner decides ive breached the contract and therefore should be removed from the flat.i give in and iam advised to give notice to vacate however i will be liable for late notice payment or a full moth rent if they do not find a person to rent.my complaint is that i stay alone in the flat that is supposed to stay 2 people because i went about the wrong way of looking for a roommate. Now i am being told il be liable for payments meanwhile the agency doesnt want me to look for someone to help me with rent.and they are the once who want me out of the flat.who is breaching the contract here.i also asked them how did i breach their contract and they cant show me.i feel iam bring ill treated. <br>
