Incompetence at it best

I provided a vacating notice of 30 days as per my lease agreement and yet was told via email that I never provided it. They wrote an email saying I will be penalized since I gave them 12 days notice citing the date that I actually wrote again to request an early outgoing inspection. 2 other departments had acknowledged my notice and the one responsible for refunds did not. They are making it my fault and now they expect me to pay the rent for 2 months due to their own oversight. To date, they have not even responded to my emails to acknowledge their incompetence. I even vacated early, as I have emigrated, to give them time to find a new tenant. Worst service and display of arrogance at that. I was a tenant that always paid well in advance, to a point that I had one month credit when I left, still received ****ty treatment. The outgoing inspector was good though, Willem and he was impressed on how immaculate I left the place.
