Inappropriate deceit
Good morning
Dear Midcity
Cannot understand after being deceived with inspection, no repairs carried out by MidCity since 01 June 2019 despite having called your offices and emailed your offices. The deception with the rental contract both me(pensioner) and my daughter(unemployed) yet contract was placed in my name and rental and deposit was paid up, no more contribution being received and no repairs being carried out to date, unknown charges on the September statement after having given notice on the 6th August 2019 in line with housing act to be trialled in court.
I await your official reply and reconcile the unknown charges SMS being sent to unknown numbers yet charged for unknown cheque fees charges and SMS charges. Will be vacating your premises on the 6th September 2019 refer to official email sent to your offices as requested via official email on 6th August 2019. Require an appointment for inspection upon return of your keys to the home on the 6 the September 2019 and await my deposit refund.
Being a pensioner cannot tolerate deception it is inappropriate as you lack basic business moral ethics, scruples and principles.
Yours faithfully
Ayesha Ravat(pensioner)
