I want my money!

What a terrible 2 months of my life, begging your people to give me my money back. I paid rent for Flowers Edge residence on the 11th of January 2025, and I asked for a refund on the same day because I wasn't moving there anymore and they have given me so many empty promises yet not a cent of my money! I am so tired of calling them and emailing them without a response. I just want my money back, since January, and now it's even March. My parents even got involved yet my money is not refunded. I was just a desperate student looking for accommodation and now it feels like I was ****med and I am at the mercy of your staff members withholding my money
