HIDEOUS SERVICE

I called yesterday reporting that my toilet is not working properly which was not the first time, before, the maintenance lady who is exceptionally rude said to me the reason why the toilet has problems was because I use 2 ply toilet paper!! That came as a shock to me because I have used 2 ply toilet paper before and had no problem thereof, I can assure you that no-one can live in such conditions. The cold water tab in the bath does not work as well only hot water runs. I have reported several matters which were never attended to.
