geyser problem

I am a tenant at 8 silva star in wonderboom our shower started to give problem the hot water was slow and we called mid city sent someone and they made the problem worst when we call midcity they say they are waiting for the owner to respond we have no shower for 3 weeks now so we hold the rent to fix the shower ourselves and they say we will get lawyers letter .
