Disappointed Midcity properties do better 😪

M very very disappointed with midcity properties they are very good when you are looking for a flat to rent once you have paid all the required deposit you are on your on .when l moved in one of their properties the don't me l must get my own access remote and finger print for the gates which l paid one of their guys to do it for me.Then to my surprise the access have changed its nolonger the finger print when l call their emergency number they tell me the flat m renting into isn't under midicty it's body cooperate..I must seek help from those people but why are they not telling us when we pay our deposit that they don't get involved. And to my surprise I paid my deposit at midcity properties..l send my rent money at midcity properties monthly so why when there is a problem they don't get involved..HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED
