Deposit Refund

I paid a deposit of R5000 for a 2 bedroom apartment. When it was time to vacate the place I made sure that I left the place CLEAN and in GOOD CONDITION, with nothing broken or damaged. Despite all of that they deducted almost R2000 from my deposit. I only got R3020.18 back.
