Deposit Refund

Good Day,<br> <br> I have had a bad experience with people from Midcity regarding my deposit refund. I have move in my flat on the 1st of February and only stayed there for six months and I had given a notice on time upon my lease expiry but from they start I could see that there was some irregularities with regard to the following:<br> When we moved in the flat was not in the perfect condition and only some of the repairs were done on the account of the previous tenant's account but now that portion of those conditions have been transferred to my account. And the person responsible for the inspections does not come when the tenant is there so that he can make up all the charges.<br> I have spoken with them specifically regarding the areas that they need to look at but they deliberately just ignore or make some lame arguments that i need to go to their office.<br> Secondly they make a ridiculous clause for returning my deposit so that by the time it lapses I will no longer have to complain about it, I have given them all the documents that they needed to return my deposit, and they have made up so many unjustifiable charges and they only send the money after three weeks. All I need is my money back
