Deposit not paid after moving out

I paid R6000 deposit when i move in at Mazabuka 813 ,*** ,when i move out 01 Feb ,my deposit wasnt paid back ,i was told that i will be charged R250 for breaking the policy of notice , i sent 23days notice instead of 30days , i had to move out urgently as i was relocating to johannesburg . I filled up the deposit forms and send it back to them and i have email confirming that am moving out , the rent was R4025 so if they are charging me for late notice i want to know where is the rest of the money
