Day light *******

In February I call the Midcity head office to notify that i will be no longer renew my 6 month contract which will expire in May. I was advised by Annette that i wont able to move out in May reason late notice and will move out in April on which i will be responsible for the Rent which i accepted and email the Annette. On the 30 April it when i vacated the place and making sure everything is in order as i have receive when i occupied the place. When i move in the place was dirty and i even found the dead rat and the walls had cracks and marks on which i indicated on the inspection form. I even took photos to make sure there are enough proof so i can avoid unnecessary delay. When i inquires on when i will recive my deposit was advised it will reflect on my account on the 21st May. On the 21st there was no money in my account i had to send a email Annnete and Claudia the respond was the cheque will be deposited either the next day or latest Monday which i had to fight which they deposite the amount of R2109 and when i paid the deposite it was R4560-00.
