Continued Unacceptable Service

<p>MidCity Property provides absolutely unacceptable service. I am a tenant at Hatfield Court in Prospect Street. Our refuge was not taken out for more than two weeks on more than two occasions, to the point where the tenants had to remove the refuge themselves. Now, I have been unable to access my apartment as the access gate to the complex is cell phone activated, and it is not recognising my number. I have lodged a complaint about this matter several times, without recognition. Now I am stuck outside AGAIN and MidCity has no emergency number and is closed until the 27th of December (which is 5 days from now). This is absolutely unacceptable as I am unable to access the residence which I am paying for. </p> <p>I would absolutely never recommend renting from MidCity property. I am also appauled by the amount of bad reviews MidCity has recieved and that despite this they continue to provide their terrible service with no consequences. </p>
