Conduct rules not app**** effectively

Our Vehicle was parked on the common property and we were asked to move it. Toy Joubert, a trustee at FP pasted notices on our car to remove it immediately or have it towed. The opposite white neighbours contravene this rule daily, we complain regularly with photo evidence and still, the issue remains. There are never any notices pasted on the car \to be removed or face being towed". The body corporate and managing agent refuse to directly answer for this. We just get objective emails which are not effective. The problem is the bias of the managing agent and trustees"
