Cancelation of lease

My daughter's moved out from Selmar Building in PTA CBD in 2012 June, but MIdcity is still contacting me regarding that flat. We send through a cancellation letter and also liaised via email with a Midcity rep regarding deposit and the process. Till this day almost 4 years later I am send sms's of outstanding rent payments and they also sent me to lawyers demanding that I pay outstanding payment I didn't understand what for. I have lost so much money from Midcity and still haven't received my deposit. Why am I still receiving messages regarding that flat? I want my details erases at Midcity as well as my money back, Please!
