Be Warned, Be ready to be overcharged, ignored and abused!

So we moved to one of Midcity properties for six months, upon moving to the properties it was not renovated which i never said i will take over the renovation cost of the previous tenant hence the inspection was done and paid by me of +- R540.00 by their " competent inspector". i requested a copy and was with the inspector upon the inspection and it was stamped by their property office. to my suprise we moved out on the 31st of May 2018, however i am being charged a rent of R1026-00 for what i do not know because as per their request we happily moved out, and what an inconvenience cause by their *********** whoever who handle distribution list who did not bother updating the list to an extant that i willbe disturbed with calls from interested tenants who want to view the place even in July, mind you this is after i had to remind someone in their office to do their job and remove my name and numbers on their list which never materialised. Just when i thought i have had enough, bang! i was changed door handle and paint for what i do not know for none of their door never locked, in fact upon moving in we had to ask them to put a glass on one of their windows which was broken by a previous tenant apparently. thirdly , i had my deposit for electricity to this day it never materialised, when you contact them to elaborate for i have all pics and their stamped duplicated inspection report as i mentioned i had a copy , there is no one to even help. so go to Midcity at your own risk. rude , arrogant and disappointing they are. To think i had thought i will find a home away from home!
