Bad treatment from Midcity

I stay in a flat in Pta West which is owned by Midcity, and it has been years since our remote gate not been working. We as tenants have requested Midcity to fix the gate but nothing happens, it is not safe here at all. cars have been ****** and broken into because of the gate that is not working. several tenants have gone to Midcity to complain but ended up being told to move out of the flat. we have requested a meeting with Midcity, wrote several emails, signed petition s but they do not take us seriously yet at the end of the month they expect their rent money. staying here at Esperanca is no longer safe, just last week they broke someone's car and stole the engen and when<br> we ask Midcity to at least hire security they say we should do that as tenants and pay them from our pockets. I mean what BS is that?!
