Everymonth midicty take R285 whenever you buy prepaid electricity everymonth and they say its levies according to my knowledge and levies are payed by landlords..it doesn't end there after taking that amount everymonth the electricity will be disconnected at Kalahari Flats everymonth because the building is owing so how fair is it that they take that amount from us tenants everymonth but still everymonth month electricity will be disconnected..
