And no one is at office to answer even the emergency line is off

So its in the middle of January and on a Saturday evening where the electisity goes off all fine but then now its Sunday after 4pm and its still off at our complex just to say only our complex doesnt have power and all we get is 2 sms nothing saying when it will come back on or why its even off in the first place and now all the food that has been bought for January is going to waste cause the fridges is defrosting who is going to rectify this ?
