A month later after I reported a leaking roof and a broken gate, they still haven't done anything about it.

We confirm that the trustees approved the quote to repair the roof leak, and that the contractor indicated that the work will be done on Saturday, 10 December 2022.
Regarding the matter with the broken gate, this has been communicated with the trustees and we await their instructions herein. Eppo Kruger from our office will also discuss this matter further with you.
