Vw midbay is not doing the right job please help

Hello Peter i am writing on behalf of N.Mthembu.Her problem is that she had a accident with a car in January 2023 and the car was tour to Vw Midbay in Richards bay for repairing of engine and it took them 5 moths to do that job and when she went there to collect her car she find out that window are not working and took it back for repairs again and from that they cut the wires and connected them without the proper insulation which will result in a car whe the wires tach each each other in buring the csr and took it back again even now they did not do the proper insulation and the worse part now the car is leaking the oil from underneath the engine and this car has went back there several time without getting proper solution as we speak tbe car is leaking please how can we get a proper service becouse these guys from Midbay are failing her please help Hellopeter.
