Outstanding service & support at Richards bay Midbay Motors
I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the incredible team at Midbay Motors Richards Bay for finally resolving a long-standing issue with my Peugeot 2008. After almost two months of uncer*****y, my car is completely sorted and running perfectly. A special thank you to Andries, the service manager, for his patience, excellent communication, and leadership in managing the process. Thank you also to Bradley, the Dealer Principal, for his professional oversight and support, which gave me immense peace of mind. Lastly, a massive thank you to Robert, the technician, whose diligence, technical expertise, and dedication ensured the exact fault was diagnosed and fixed correctly. Thank you, Midbay Motors, for going the extra mile and keeping me mobile throughout. I highly recommend this team for their exceptional service!

Really bad experience. Will never do business with them again.
Bought a 2023 demo caddy from them. Caddy fuel system packed up 2000km later. They give us no assistance, already waiting two months for our vehicle. Every time we call them they tell they will call back and assist us. Nothing to date. Don't rely on help from them. When they sell you a vehicle there is no after sale service. I ask for a report that vehicle was pre check before selling it to us. Nothing. They left us in the street with no courtesy vehicle.

My Rating is with regards to Peugeot franchise at Midbay Motors in Richards bay. The Peugeot franchise has the best management I have ever seen; they always listen to the complaints and help with finding the correct solutions. They are always actively trying to assist where they can. Always Friendly and they always deliver on time. Will 100% recommend them. Midbay Management PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Your Service Manager at the Peugeot Franchise is always friendly and helpful, please send the guys from VW to learn from him. (I also own a VW) The DP is also always on the floor and helpful with requests. Please Model the rest of your dealerships accordingly and you will be extremely successful. THANK YOU MIDBAY PEUGEOT FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SEVICE.

Poor client services
I booked a service for my VW Tcross, the service was poor. The team did not contact me to inform me that the vehicle was done and when i got there it was still requiring wheel alignment at 16h00 while i left it at 8h00. The vehicle was not washed and I was not attended by the team for service and post service advice.
