Number of times dissapointed
I bought a brand new Polo vivo in March of this year at Midbay motors. As a first time buyer I would have expected them to go through everything with a fine comb, and I thought as much that all paperwork would have been done thoroughly. I dealt directly with one of the managers Yvonne and did not have much to do with the sales consultant, only when I had finished signing all papers to simply hand over the keys. Two days ago I called to book my first service 15000km and was told they could not pick up a service plan. I was shocked and called the sales consultant Spha. I did not hear back from him. Today 1/11/2017 I called Yvonne. She told me that no Vivo comes with a service plan and that I should have been instructed of this - which I was not, never at any stage. I find this absolutely shocking that a new vehicle comes without a service plan! Is this some sort of money making scheme on their part? This is not the first time I experienced something bad from Midbay. When I got the car in March it took over a month for Spha to organise my licence plates, even having to organise an extra temporary licence after the first expired. Then after a month my aircon stopped working and needed repairing. Midbay motors this is really not on, you leave a sour taste in my mouth.
