Non-existent service

I went to VW Richards Bay (Midbay Motors) to look at a new car. <br> <br> The dealership was fairly quiet with only a few other customers there.<br> I walked in and looked around. The front desk is in the middle of the show room. The receptionist looked directly at me and did not even greet me. I noticed several dealership staff standing around on the floor, walking around the dealership and outside. Nobody even seemed to acknowledge my existence. <br> I spent 45 minutes in the dealership, jumped in and out of vehicles, looked at vehicle info and prices, hoping at least one person would approach.<br> Alongside the show room floor is a row of cubicles in which the sales team sit. There was a lady sitting at one of the desks, engrossed in her cellphone. She looked at me a few times and went back to playing with her phone, This puzzled me because a car sales person would normally want to grab a potential sale.<br> <br> It was obvious that very few staff were actually doing anything at all, yet they seemed completely aloof.<br> <br> A very disturbing, creepy and disgusting experience indeed. <br> <br> Deeply disappointed and I will never deal with this dealership.
