WORST NIGHTMARE!

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY FOR ANYTHING!Believe all the reviews you are seeing online.We decided to give them benefit of the doubt.Worst mistake and nightmare of our lives.They will ignore you when it's time to make payment to landlords.We had tenants move in on 17/11/24 .We have not received a cent from Michna,we are now stuck with being ignored and tenants without a way foward.They are not even registered with PPRA,no matter how desperate you are don't let them rent out your property.Having it empty is way better than letting ****** manage it for you.Initially when doing paperwork they will be quick to send you the lease to sign then everything goes downhill from there.I dare you to prove me wrong Michna properties.Your day is coming.
