*****STERS
Negative start rating! *****STERS!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. stole my money as landlord and then continue to call me to list my property with them! They are shameless and live of other people's money.

Breach of contract
I had a contract with them to perform all maintenance services. However, they consistently breached the contract by making late payments every month. For the past two months, I have been struggling to recover the money owed to me. Despite knowing the exact amounts due well before each payment date, they have failed to make payment and continue to provide only excuses. An amount of R16,000 remains outstanding, and to date, no satisfactory explanation or payment arrangement has been provided.

You will never see your rent....
Do not be convinced by any of their promises and excuses. These people will have excuses and problems from day 1. They did not even let is at least start good before they started *****ing. They stole from moth one. Once you've signed a contract that will be the last time they pick up a phone call. My tenant pay in advance.... we've received one payment a month late.... that's it.... Don't be fooled.
