Thank you for your inquiry regarding my experience with Michna Properties. I appreciate your interest, and I would like to share my concerns regarding their management of my property. To begin with, Michna Properties listed my property in Witbank for rental and successfully secured a tenant in August 2024, with a signed rental agreement. However, from the onset, there were issues with payment. • Rent payments for September and November 2024 were made to our business account but were significantly delayed. • No rental payments were received for December 2024 and January 2025. • Despite numerous attempts to follow up, including calls and messages, the company has been unresponsive and failed to provide any clear explanation for the missing funds.
