Rental Deposit refund.

Hi. I moved out of the rented place at Benfleur witbank on the 31 of August 2023, I was told my deposit will be released after 21 days of signing the hand over papers. But till today I have not recieved my money and the endless emails and messages I have send to Madri, the lady who I was communicating with always getting respond of saying "I will follow up I don't deal with payment". I don't know what makes this agency think that I don't need my money. This agency is failing me as a client. Tried their land line many time with no ANSWER.
