The one star is just so i can be enabled to write the review. This agency is the worst one you can use, as a property owner please save yourself the stress of not getting you monthly rentals on time. The agents simply ignore you once the tenant has moved into your place. The level of frustration you face when you need them to transfer the deposit amount is insane.
