Misleading advertising & refund refusal – “30-day money-back” not honoured

Big scan. Be careful when buying from this supplier. They advertise “30-day money-back, no questions asked”, but do not honour it.

Product did not work as advertised Refused full refund Only offer partial refunds Require return to China at your own cost for full refund

This is misleading and not aligned with what is advertised. I have escalated the matter to consumer authorities.
