Terrible service and faulty products!
I purchased a product from Michelle and received it on the 29th May 2026. The product was faulty and I contacted Michelle Smit immediately and was asked to submit photos of the product and shipping details, which I did. To date, this product has not be replaced or refunded and instead I have been offered a discount to purchase again. They send generic responses and don't resolve anything.

Terrible service and faulty products!

Michelle Smit doesn't even exist. Even the reviews on Insta are complete ****. Apparently the person's actual name is Matthias Popleu.

It does not work or meet any of the claims they make, and they do not honour their 30 day free trial and full money back guarantee.

Big scan. Be careful when buying from this supplier. They advertise “30-day money-back, no questions asked”, but do not honour it. Product did not work as advertised Refused full refund Only offer partial refunds Require return to China at your own cost for full refund This is misleading and not aligned with what is advertised. I have escalated the matter to consumer authorities.
