Michelle-Smit.com
Based on recent customer reviews, Michelle-Smit.com faces overwhelmingly negative feedback centred on misleading advertising and refund refusals. Customers report ordering items such as ClearVision self-adjusting glasses, VelluSkin and Youth Blend foundation, Fuel Max and InstaSmile dentures, then receiving cheap, unbranded or broken alternatives resembling Temu or Shein stock. The advertised 30 day money back guarantee is widely described as unhonoured, with buyers offered only partial refunds of around 20 to 50 percent or told to return goods to China at their own cost. Delivery delays, unreachable telephone support and a questionable Cape Town or Worcester address deepen distrust.

I purchased a product from Michelle and received it on the 29th May 2026. The product was faulty and I contacted Michelle Smit immediately and was asked to submit photos of the product and shipping details, which I did. To date, this product has not be replaced or refunded and instead I have been offered a discount to purchase again. They send generic responses and don't resolve anything.

I too was conned by this person, I ordered goods and when they arrived and were not the brand I ordered, I was also given the b-sh*t about rebranding. I told them they were talking ****. Michelle Smit doesn't even exist. Even the reviews on Insta are complete ****. Apparently the person's actual name is Matthias Popleu.

Ordered a product called Youth Blend, marketed through a company called michelle-smit.com on Facebook. Described as a foundation that adapts to your skin type and tone. It does not work or meet any of the claims they make, and they do not honour their 30 day free trial and full money back guarantee.

Big scan. Be careful when buying from this supplier. They advertise “30-day money-back, no questions asked”, but do not honour it. Product did not work as advertised Refused full refund Only offer partial refunds Require return to China at your own cost for full refund This is misleading and not aligned with what is advertised. I have escalated the matter to consumer authorities.
