Wrong product loaded & terrible service
I bought a top flush toilet in white Yesterday my plumber installed toilet and I've just seen it. It's the wrong toilet. Mica agreed to replace cistern only but the toilet seat is plastic. I was assured by Mica salesman that the toilet I purchased wld not hve a plastic seat!! And today I've been waiting since 9am for them to replace the cistern in the meantime my plumber cost is R600 for him to stand around and wait for Mica. Horrible service
