Worst service in Mica Lenasia

I'm absolutely disgusted by service from Mica in Signet Terrace Lenasia. I bought aluminium windows 3 weeks which were stored until my builders were done. Now when it's time to insert the windows the 1 is cracked. When I advised Mica of this they tell me that 3 weeks have passed since delivery and can't change this for me. The worst customer service ever and I will be returning all the goods all bought for a full refund to go buy somewhere else
