Worst service and treatment!

I've just received the worst treatment from Mica Hardware store in Ceres. I'm a coloured woman from Ceres who ordered and paid for ceiling. First of all, they did not order my ceiling on time so it was delivered late! Secondly the person who helped me, ordered the wrong size and had the nerve to say I gave the wrong size. The person who helped me had a attitude when I told him the ceiling was the wrong size so I asked for a refund. Today they came to get the ceiling and I went back to mica for my refund. When I arrived, the ons guy, don't know if he was the manager or owner, came up to me and said, "in the future you should make sure you order the right size". I told him I was a paying customer and he should have that talk with his workers not me and I told the person who helped me what the size was and he still ordered the wrong size so that is Not my fault. He continues to talk over me in front of his staff and customers accusing me of being in the wrong. Just because you the client is a woman they think they can talk to you however they want! Shame on you! I even called Mica Head office to report the treatment I've just received. The kind lady who called me back said she will contact Mica and ask them to give me a call. Mica simply refused to call me! That is the kind of treatment you receive at Mica Ceres! No white male would have received that kind of *** treatment or service that I just received!
