Worst customer service -Mica Signet

On Saturday 17 February 2024 i went to Mica Signet to purchase few things, while on the que to the tills i decided to grab plastic bottle 440ml Coke light when i get to the tills paid for all my items, immediately after the security checked my slip at the exit door i opened my cold drink and drink it but it taste weird when i check the dates i found that it has expired on the 01.January 24 i immediately went back to the store to show the manager in charge i spoke to Nikki (manager) who was very rude towards me and not showing remorse about the incident, i went to check the fridge for other cold drinks dates all the Coke light were expired, he then instructed someone to remove expired bottles, but still refuse to take full responsibility and refuse to refund me, he told that he will investigate and call me back .this was the worst customer service especially after not caring about my health because i had already consume the cold drink.
